Blood group AB can eat many sorts of fishes, like type B. Add to this escargot is beneficial and best prevention against cancer - as for blood group A.
Mucus production with blood group AB is as high as for type A. But sour milk products (yogurt) and goat milk are positive for AB - as for type B. Moreover, peanutbutter is positive - as for type A. And strawberies are neutral for AB.
Oranges and vinegar products should be eliminated from the food plan of AB because of their acid-forming effects, and there is the suspicion of causing stomach-cancer.
