The assumed mode of action of vitamin B17: cancer cells die, the healthy cells remain

The vitamin B17 extract (Laetril, amygdalin) is taken and processed in the liver by the enzyme beta-glycosidase
- into a benzaldehyde molecule, which is NON-toxic and pain-relieving [web07], this is also in white wine [web17], and has a slightly anesthetic effect [web18]
and
- into a hydrogen cyanide molecule, which is highly toxic [web07].

The cyanide in the vitamin B17 extract is excellent against cancer cells and only against the cancer cells because:

• Cancer cells contain the enzyme beta-glycosidase - depending on the kind of tumor the cancer cells contain 100 to 3600 times more of it than healthy cells. Thus, in a tumor cell much more cyanide can develop and the cancer cells will die [web07].

• Healthy cells neutralize toxic substances with the enzyme rhodanese. Cancer cells have only small amounts of rhodanese and thus can not resist the cyanide [web07].

This is practically a natural chemotherapy [web51].

Amygdalin is a long-chain molecule,

Pineapple + papaya accelerate healings with vitamin B12

Laetrile is first patented in a synthetic form as a meat preservative, and only in 1961 it's registered as a cancer remedy [web55].

The different names: Vitamin B17, Laetrile, amygdalin etc.
Mr. Ernst T. Krebs is a pharmacist, calls the amygdalin from bitter apricot kernels "Vitamin B17" and gives it the trade name "Laetrile" [web18].

Dr. Krebs defines: cancer is caused by malnutrition
By their research has overturned the belief that cancer was caused by a bad external force and they were clearly stating that cancer is caused by a malfunction in the body being caused by malfunctioning: some substances were missing in the diet. They called the missing substances vitamin B17. Cancer patients were lacking of the enzyme of trypsin, which is produced in the pancreas [web11].

Vitamin B17 also refers to nitroloside, this is the basis for Laetrile, amygdalin and prunasin. These, together with the pancreatic enzyme trypsin, can cause a natural block against cancer growth.
