Meat table for blood group A

Red meat and saturated fatty acids are badly proceeded by gastrointestinal system of type A leading to a rise of triglyceride levels and cholesterol levels (4 Strategien, p.278). Meat is reducing digestion and metabolism proceedings with type A and is provoking a gain of weight (4 Strategien, p.391). Meat is hard to digest for type A, is stored as fat and add to this is enhancing toxic substances in the digestion system (4 Strategien, p.109).

Fish and sea food table for blood group A

Nutrients of fish can develop well when fish is roasted, barbecued or poached. Blood group A can accept well 3 to 4 times per week little quantities of fish or sea food. Table of milk products for blood group A

The blood of blood group A is producing antibodies against basic glucose "D-galactosamine" in the cow's milk which is similar to cells of blood group B (4 Strategien, p.112). Therefore milk products of cow's milk are rejected by type A like also B antigens are rejected (4 Strategien, p.112-113). And that's why milk products of cow's milk are badly proceeded with blood group A (4 Strategien, p.108), are rich of saturated fats, are putting the heart into danger and are leading to adiposity and diabetes with blood group A. Moreover, milk products of cow's milk are reducing metabolism of other food and are favoring mucosa formation [and too much formation of mucosa is provoking new diseases] (4 Strategien, p.109).

Nuts and seeds contain important proteins for blood group A because the nutrition plan of type A contains hardly any meat. When there are gall bladder troubles, only nut puree should be eaten, not the raw nuts (4 Strategien, p.114).
